The Adelaide Hills’ cool climate produces some of the finest Pinot Gris in Australia. The fruit for our 2018 Pinot Gris was hand harvested from Block K at Schoenthal. This block,at 450m above sea level ensures a cold, long, ripening period perfect for acid development and fruit intensity.
The 2018 Clover Pinot Gris shows exceptional varietal definition showing intense Spring flowers, Granny Smith apple, Nashi pears and a touch of white pepper. Vintage conditions also contribute fine minerality and a fresh citrus zing. Enjoy chilled with seafood, pork dishes and good friends.
