The first release is drawn from a 30-50 year old biodynamic vineyard in Lugny, in the northern Mâconnais. The winemaking is not at all dissimilar to Garagiste’s homeland protocol; whole bunch pressing directly into 350-litre seasoned barrels, native yeast ferment and native MLF, élevage for 15 months on lees and minimal sulphur at bottling.
