2017 Main and Cherry Sauvignon Blanc
Our 2017 Sauvignon Blanc was sourced from Badgers Road in the Kuitpo subregion of the Adelaide Hills. The 2017 vintage was long and cool, and this fruit was picked relatively late to aim for a riper, more tropical spectrum of fruits. Cool fermented on fluffy solids and then 4 months on lees to build textural layers.

2017 Main and Cherry Pinot Grigio
Our 2017 Pinot Grigio fruit was sourced from the subregion of the Kuitpo in the southern Adelaide Hills. At 320 metres altitude, this vineyard produces grapes with purity, complexity and superb natural acidity.
Made in a Northern Italian Grigio style. Picked early in the season, and fermented cool without the use of oak to capture the vibrancy of the fruit and natural, crunchy acidity. A fresh, aromatic style with pears, red delicious apples, lime and floral notes. A linear acid structure provides a crisp, fresh, summery finish.

2017 Main and Cherry Rose
Lovingly grown at the Bowe-Lees vineyard in Woodside, Adelaide Hills. Hand picked in the early morning, destemmed, crushed and chilled. The Merlot was left on skins for 6 hours, while the two different clones of Pinot Noir (MV6 and 777) were left for 12 hours before being basket pressed. A cool ferment took place using an aromatic yeast strain. After fermenting to dryness, the wine was matured sur lie in neutral French barriques for 6 months to build texture and creaminess.
A fresh, bright style with layers of strawberries, turkish delight and toffee. Rounded out with lovely crisp acidity and a dry finish.

2016 Main and Cherry Tempranillo
Grown at Gumeracha, in the cool climate of the Adelaide Hills and with an elevation of 450 metres it is the highest vineyard that we source fruit from. Harvested on 18 March, 2017 and destemmed into small open top fermenters. It spent 14 days on skins, with foot pigeage and gentle plunging before basket pressing and then spending 10 months in seasoned French oak.
A vibrant, medium to full-bodied style with soft, plush tannins. Characters of ripe cherries, blackcurrant, plums, cinnamon spice and earthy tones.

2016 Main and Cherry Sangiovese
Grown in McLaren Vale on a sunny north-facing slope that is high in limestone deposits. Whole berries were retained after destemming the bunches (no crushing took place), before a cool, open top fermentation. Fermented slowly for 12 days on skins and then basket pressed to seasoned French Hogsheads for 10 months of maturation. Bottled without any fining agents.

A fresh, lush style with layers of juicy raspberry, Morello cherry and earthiness. The berry flavours are framed by a lovely savoury tannin structure, beautifully balanced acidity and a silky finish.
