Pt1 - We meet winemaker Mike Brown and stroll through the Gemtree Vineyards as he explains to us why he adheres to the ideas of biodynamic viticulture, the influence of site and the effects of the changing weather.
Pt 2 - Mike Brown, winemaker at Gemtree, takes us to his cellar door and shows us his creations. We discover why Mike has an interest in Spanish grape varieties and discuss how the vineyard has influenced the finished wine.
Pt 3 - We discover Gemtree's commitment to their environment. How a partnership with Greening Australia and the local community is restoring the water ways into a thriving wetland and how that is completely compatible with their farming practices.
