Booze Brothers is part of the Saturno Hotel Group and is proudly South Australian owned and operated.
The Directors originally owned the Queen's Head Hotel in North Adelaide in 1972. They then moved to the Norwood Hotel in 1977 and have continued to invest in the South Australian hospitality and liquor industry over the past 30 years.
There are currently four Booze Brothers bottle shops and eight hotel/bars/restaurant locations within South Australia.

The simple philosophy of providing excellent customer service, a great range and delivering value for money has made Booze Brothers the leading independent liquor retailer in Adelaide for over 30 years.
Our greatest pleasure is in discovering a wine of true quality and value and sharing that with our customers. We've been doing this for years and have unearthed and championed some of Australia's great wineries such as Peter Lehmann, Taylors, O'Leary Walker, Pikes and more recently McLaren Ridge and Killibinbin.
We're not just all about wine though, we've got a great range of premium and budget spirits and also beer, pre-mixes, and cider. In fact, we've got something for every taste and budget here at Booze Brothers.

The original concept was to develop & maintain a staff charitable fund to assist various charitable & community organisations with their fundraising and support efforts to those less fortunate than us.
The aim of the Booze Brothers Staff Charitable Fund is to donate equipment, cash or fund a specific project to nominated societies. Examples include the purchase of a wheel chair, a brail computer, grant a child a wish through Make A Wish Foundation, or sponsorship of Camp Quality.

To date, the staff and Management have donated a total of $252,000.00, providing help to the disadvantaged throughout South Australia.

Employment opportunities within the Group are immense ranging from hotels and bottle shops to gaming, housekeeping and front office.
Full time employment consists of working a minimum of 38 hours per week over a 5 day roster.
Casual employment is also available within the group with a maximum of 20 to 25 hours per week.
Employment is generally available at times when our premises are frequented by patrons so a willingness to work nights and weekends is essential.
Booze Brothers and the Saturno Hotel Group offer ongoing training as part of our commitment to our employees. Training is conducted in house by our registered training organisation (Hospitality Industry Training).
