This is for lovers of full-throttle Barossa Shiraz. It's big, full, rich and round with typical blackberry flavour along with milk chocolate and mocha. It smooth from start to finish with supple tannins and dry savoury finish. This is a quality wine from a notable Barossa winemaker. The 2006 vintage of the same wine will cost you $312 per dozen from the winery.
Wynn's 'Black Label' Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon has for years been one of the first dozens in the cellar for many Aussie collectors. It shows classic Coonawarra Cabernet characteristics of blackcurrant, mint and tea leaf. Tight structure and good length are hallmarks.
'The Yearling' was originally the name of a great value Cabernet Sauvignon that Rymill have produced since 2005. It was (and still is) exceptionally good for it's modest price tag which led to the inevitable range extension where we now see it joined by an equally impressive Shiraz and Sauvignon Blanc.

This wine shows true varietal and regional character with loads of red and dark berry fruit and spice backed up by that mocha character so typical of McLaren Vale. It is medium to full bodied with quality oak and a fine tannin structure that nicely supports the fruit
