L'Isolano means 'The Islander' and is a reference to the island of Sicily where this wine comes from. This is a blend of 3 indigenous Sicilian varieties - Inzolia (40%) Grillo (40%) and Catarratto (20%). Its aroma is delicately perfumed with underlying grapefruit & apricot. The palate exhibits stone fruits and citrus characters bound together by a tight mineral backbone.

This is a light and fruity wine with retained natural sweetness and plenty of tropical fruit. It has a slight fizz and lower alcohol content and is a good, inexpensive example of the moscato style which is becoming more nad more popular.
