Jim Barry Watervale Riesling (2009)
The Jim Barry winery was established in the Clare Valley over 50 years by Jim and Nancy Barry. They became pioneers in the region, particularly for Riesling and Shiraz Cabernet red blends. Jim Passed away in 2004 and the winery is now managed by his son Peter who has done a fine job of making Jim Barry a household name in Australia and several other countries around the world.
An old favourite from one of the pioneers of Clare Riesling. Typically abundant lime and lemon flavours with excellent length and acid balance. A raft of excellent reviews makes this a must-try.
